At NEXUS, fundraising is not just about collecting money—it’s about creating impact through action. Our aim is to raise funds in ways that also benefit our members by building confidence, creativity, and community engagement.
All funds raised by NEXUS are used solely for charitable purposes, such as:
Supporting underprivileged families and individuals in need
Organizing donation drives (food, clothing, school supplies, etc.)
Funding community outreach projects and awareness campaigns
Improving resources and event quality for student development
We believe in combining purpose with participation. That’s why our primary fundraising methods are interactive, educational, and empowering, including:
Debates: We organize English and Urdu Debate Competitions that bring out students' oratory and critical thinking skills, while also contributing to our fundraising efforts.
Sports Tournaments: Physical and e-sports competitions are held, where participants pay a small entry fee, and in return, they get a chance to showcase their skills, build camaraderie, and win exciting prizes.
Community Events: We host talent shows, quiz competitions, and other creative events, which encourage students to showcase their abilities while raising funds for various causes.
These events are designed not only to raise funds but also to boost confidence and develop leadership skills in our students. Through competition, collaboration, and creativity, NEXUS creates opportunities for students to grow and make a tangible difference in the community.
All collected funds are handled with transparency and used exclusively for the cause they were collected for. A financial record is maintained for every fundraising event, and major fund distributions are reviewed by the executive team.
A summary report of major fundraising events will be made available upon request.
All financial decisions are made collectively by the Presidents, General Director, and General Secretary.
Any misuse of funds will result in strict disciplinary action in accordance with our Code of Conduct.
